By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use our Services.</p>

+<h2 id="subscription-plans">3. Subscription Plans</h2>
+<p>Polyfen offers two subscription plans:</p>
+<ul>
+  <li><strong>Starter Plan:</strong> One task at a time, excludes DevOps tasks. Includes unlimited revisions per task.</li>
+  <li><strong>Pro Plan:</strong> Two tasks at a time, includes DevOps tasks, and priority support. Includes unlimited revisions per task.</li>
+</ul>
+<p>For both plans, a “task” is defined as a single request that can be reasonably completed within a standard work period. Tasks may be broken down into smaller tasks to facilitate workflow and tracking without affecting the final outcome.</p>
+<h2 id="payment-and-billing">4. Payment & Billing</h2>
+<ul>
+  <li>Payments are managed via Stripe.</li>
+  <li>Subscriptions can be monthly or quarterly.</li>
+  <li>Accepted payment methods include major credit cards and other options as available through Stripe.</li>
+  <li>Subscriptions renew automatically on the last day of each billing period unless canceled.</li>
+  <li>In case of payment failures, the subscription will be suspended until the issue is resolved.</li>

+<h2 id="cancellation-policy">5. Cancellation Policy</h2>

+  <li>You can cancel your subscription at any time through Stripe.</li>
+  <li>Cancellation will take effect on the last day of the current billing period.</li>
+  <li>No refunds will be provided upon cancellation.</li>
+  <li>After cancellation, access to Services will terminate at the end of the current billing period.</li>

+<h2 id="refund-policy">6. Refund Policy</h2>
+<p>Polyfen does not offer refunds for any reason, except in cases of fraudulent charges or billing errors, which must be reported within 5 days.</p>
+<h2>7. Intellectual Property</h2>

+  <li>All intellectual property rights, including copyrights, patents, and other rights, for the work produced remain with the client.</li>
+  <li>The client is responsible for ensuring that the work does not infringe on the intellectual property rights of third parties.</li>
+  <li>The client agrees to indemnify and hold Polyfen harmless from any claims resulting from the use of the work.</li>

+<h2 id="limitation-of-liability">8. Limitation of Liability & Warranties</h2>

+  <li>Polyfen’s liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.</li>
+  <li>Polyfen works on client products and services, and the client retains all responsibility for these products.</li>
+  <li>Both subscription plans include unlimited revisions for each task until the client is satisfied.</li>
+  <li>Polyfen does not guarantee specific results or outcomes from the Services.</li>
+  <li>Polyfen shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.</li>

+<h2 id="support-and-communication">9. Support & Communication</h2>
+<ul>
+  <li>Support is available via email, Slack, or Google Meet.</li>
+  <li>Support hours are Monday through Friday, during business hours from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Pacific Time.</li>
+  <li>All tasks and revisions will be performed within these business hours.</li>
+  <li>We strive to respond to all support inquiries within 48 business hours. Priority support is available for Pro Plan subscribers.</li>

+<h2 id="privacy-and-data">10. Privacy & Data Protection</h2>
+<p>Polyfen respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal data. Please refer to our <a href="https://thepolyfengroup.com/privacy">Privacy Policy</a> for more details on how we collect, use, and protect your information.</p>
