* build and upload bin

* run on prs

* tidy everything up

* upload target release

* always grab latest release branch

* add in windows and mac runners

* create release script

* try out release workflow

* update branches

* add linux build

* no need to do a sparse checkout

* update working dir

* rearrange checkout order

* turn off windows and mac, adjust version

* only need to checkout sources 1x

* determine location of pet?

* cleanup

* remove linux arm64 for now

* release only, no debug builds

* add arm64 back in

* remove flavors in downloads

* point to release dir

* dont need two workflows?

* only download binaries once
