No templates included in default installation

The readme implies templates are included, and the app_loader template loader will retrieve them, but there are no templates in the repository that I can see.

Trying this out now. Will let you know if I find any other issues. :)

the issue is the MAINFEST.in file and the setup.py file need to be setup to include the non python template files, so i issued pull #6 to fix
