A small modification to the bidirectional RNN tutorial:
This corrects the BiRNN forward pass by concatenating the last hidden state of the LSTM forward direction with the first hidden state of the backward direction according to a PR from the python tutorial at yunjey/pytorch-tutorial#174.
Also, I am almost done with the language model tutorial, will do another PR later today or tomorrow.
