Cleans up the move from github.org/prasmussen, and also makes forking easier

Hmm. well, this code is ALMOST how I like it.
It does make forking easier.
If you do a "git clone" and then "go build", it works perfectly.
However, if you attempt to do

go get github.com/xxxx/gdrive

it fails, with
go/src/github.com/ppbrown/gdrive/handlers_drive.go:12:2: local import "./auth" in non-local package

go seems to be annoyingly inconsistent :(
