This is a public release. Only Linux binaries are provided at the moment.

Preliminary release of MiXeR

This release corresponds to the version that went into the first round of reviews with Nature Communications. It contains new user tutorial and pre-built binaries for Linux and Windows. MiXeR source code had been cleaned from all unused legacy stuff.

Please note that the user tutorial has not yet been fully tested, thus some issues (particularly with installation procedures) are expected at this moment. This will be addressed ASAP in the upcoming v0.9.1 release.

If you encounter any issues or have other feedback you are welcome to create a new issue ticket.
