Base16 implementation of precious themes.

Building

• Install base16-builder-python:
  pip install --user pybase16-builder
• Create an empty working directory and then two folders named schemes and templates inside it.
• Clone this repository and unpack it into schemes.
• Clone the template for your terminal into templates. (Here is the list of available templates)
• From the working directory:
  pybase16 build -o build
• Install the themes built in the build directory.
