Reverts #1707.

Other Notes

• Single-commit revert of 1fbdd3f9a — clean, no later commits touch the affected files.
• 3 files: 145+ / 370- (deletes ClientSession+PrimerAddress.swift, restores RawDataManager.swift and RawDataManagerTests.swift to pre-feat: Add setBillingAddress public API on RawDataManager (ACC-6916) #1707 state).
• Closes the cleanup tail of the bridge initiative (M4); M2's feat: Expose PrimerCardNetworkTraits for card network data access #1710 (PrimerCardNetworkTraits) and Android Release 2.38.4 #1239 (cvvLabel) stay public per separate decision — they were judged legitimately merchant-facing.
