Hay folks,
thanks for this great paper in the domain of optical flow. To make it easier to be reused. I did my part to move it to an pip installable module shape.
Thus after this MR it will be able install it easier and reuse it without cloning it.
Additionally I strongly recommend to upload a version to pypi, such that one can install it just by name instead of git url.
(Would be my next MR)
Looking forward to your opinion on that.
