Customer-Segmentation

Online retail is a transnational data set which contains all the transactions occurring between 01/12/2010 and 09/12/2011 for a UK-based and registered non-store online retail. The company mainly sells unique all-occasion gifts. Many customers of the company are wholesalers.

The steps are broadly:

  1. Read and understand the data
  2. Clean the data
  3. Prepare the data for modelling
  4. Ouliers Treatment
  5. Modelling
  6. Final analysis and recomendations

Used KMEANS Clustering and Hierarchy Clustering(Unsupervised) Algorithm to divide the 3 clusters i.e.

  1. High Valued Customers
  2. Average Valued Customers
  3. Less valued Customers
