As requested previously on #69 and #140.
With this change an initial backup will be launched if
BACKUP_ON_START=TRUEis set in theenvironment.Also it has been modified the so that even if
BACKUP_ON_STARTis not enabled, a validation of the environment is performed and the container will fail to start if some variable combination is not properly configured.
