Currently, it is not available in VMD but you can use prody from command line or terminal and get the projection plots using matplotlib. |

At some point we'll probably updating NMWiz and I look into adding this functionality then. |

Dear all,
I would like to know if it is possible to plot projection of pc1 vs. pc2 using normal mode wizard (prody) in VMD, because I did not find the way of plotting in the NMWiz documentation.
