1331/support connection types - inline connections

Description

Support contributions/triggers with connection type settings.

PR has changes to support inline connections.

Part of #1331

How has this been tested?

Tested manually by hard coding the connection type contribution.

Should be able to direct test the features(import, export etc..) once the issue with flogo list(project-flogo/cli#116) command is fixed.
