RingSwapV2Executor is deployed on BSC at 0x5De5D17985716AB919b806023Bd0Ed294450FFd7. Register it in executor_addresses.json so the swap encoder registry builds ring_swap_v2 on BSC, list it in the deployment registry and the contract address docs, and add its row to the router trades executors table. Checked on chain: fewFactory() and ringSwapFactory() return the constructor args in executor_deployments.json, and the runtime code matches the Hardhat build of main at 0cb8b61 except for those two immutables.
