Add Bastin from Prysm
Short summary of their work / eligibility:
In March of 2025, Bastin joined the Prysm team in a full time capacity and has been making meaningful contributions to Ethereum protocol development. Much of their work has been related to light client support (since their EPF project) and work toward saving state diffs in the database. This works have a major impact on the Prysm client and will continue to do so for the foreseeable future.
