Summary of their work /eligibility:
Josh has been taking on a management role of the Lighthouse development team. This role had not previously existed and was managed primarily by Adrian, Paul and Mehdi. As Josh is now undertaken this role, we are also proposing #417, #418, #419 (to remove Adrian, Paul and Mehdi from PG).
Josh's role is a project manager role of Lighthouse to improve the teams communication with external teams, reach and prioritize fork deadlines and tasks and manage the internal Lighthouse team. Josh has spent the last year upskiling in core development and has been instrumental in assisting the Lighthouse team reach the Fuska forks.
