feat: Create script to create templates for whole mont in current year #22

Main script for creating tasks doesn't create templates for missed days. This script will create templates for missed and upcomming days for current year.

  • added script to create current year templates for whole month in tasks folder
  • updated readme.md with new script

We have two PRs with similar functionality, so just to follow communication order and not waste anyone's effort, I'll merge this one for further extension in another PR.

Would be great to have some unit tests that would be ignored in user space but 'runnable' just in case of these PRs...
