• move subprocessors to its own page, note it in privacy policy page
• add python file to publish frontmatter'd policies so that other sites can consume them
• bump deps, fixup ci, move to uv since we now have python file to maintain
• dependabot update schedules
• i don't like this option but it is okay, my preference is to just house policies for pypi and python.org on the individual repos but this is nice having it centralized

This is also all in prep for other things coming down the line
