This issue is severe enough (affects most people running community UI themes) that it's worth putting out a patch release. It also gives us a chance to fix our my Chocolatey blunder.

a missing theme variable

If I wanted to be really pedantic it was two variables... (Resolve the first and it freaks out on the second) but that's being silly.

(I usually like to add every PR that's landed since the previous release, but #1561 and #1562 are both very small documentation-only fixup PRs, so it's not a big deal.)
