This pr

  1. adds a pyos favicon to the pyos tab in users browser
  2. adjusts styles just a bit to match pyos brand styles and fonts
  3. begins to adjust colors to align with pyos brand (more thorough work needs to happen here). i just changed the teal links to purple to match our logo for now.
