I fixed a few errors and missing imports in the tutorial for usage without Pytensor/PyMC (see #41).
To tidy the repo a bit, I am also removing two of the notebooks that are still form the very early phase of the project and that do not seem to be needed anymore. There are two more notebooks that I am keeping for now. They probably would have to be updated, too, but might be a good source for creating more usage examples.
