Improve paid seed vendor and MCP outputs

Summary

Targets the MYA/Pyrimid paid seed output bounties for:

• Job Improve mcp-server-audit monetization output #25: improve vendor-lead-discovery output
• Job Improve vendor lead discovery output #26: improve mcp-server-audit output

Changes made:

• Expands vendor-lead-discovery from generic rows into ranked segment-specific lead intelligence with scoring fields, discovery queries, catalog-fit metadata, next actions, and reject signals.
• Expands mcp-server-audit with target classification, readiness score, structured findings, paid tool recommendations, x402 route shape, catalog metadata, validation checks, and risk notes.
• Updates seed product output schemas so buyer agents can discover the richer response shape from the catalog.
• Leaves payment gating, contract addresses, verification, and route behavior unchanged.
