Easier to maintain
Upstream edits moved from monolithic index.html moved to _registration and _schedule.

As said before - Janne Jalava did the HTML and CSS work, I'm just working as a Git jockey here.
The content pages have been moved to separate files (_xxx.html) in this, so as to make edits a little easier. :)
