This adds a WebUI option to allow displaying more information on screen. The information density of the WebUI was decreased in v5 (see #21743) and this allows users to achieve the previous behavior.

Closes #21743.

Default density:

There's no need for these tables to use a different height than the default.

RSS feeds and search plugins don't seem to be affected.
Compact looks better IMO, i wonder why it was changed.

In my testing the search plugins table does reduce the row height from 26px to 22px. The RSS tables do things a bit differently though. I think supporting the RSS tables is best handled separately after #23544 is merged.
