This adjusts the PEV defaults according to ISO 15118-3. Signed-off-by: Stefan Wahren <[email protected]>
According to the ISO 15118-3 the value of PID should be 0x04
("HLE protocol").

In order to comply with ISO 15118-3 the EVSE_MAC must be set in the SLAC_MATCH.REQ. Signed-off-by: Stefan Wahren <[email protected]>

This pull request contains some fixes for the PEV part of the SLAC, which increases the conformance to ISO 15118-3.
