Description
This PR builds on work done in #60386 and further extends point cloud editing tools in 3D. New above and below line selection tools are added. User specifies line by 2 points and rectangle will be highlighted either to the top or bottom edge of the 3D canvas. Final edit is confirmed by right click. User can also switch between movement and selector mode with
