There was some confusion round the order of measurements for locally-biased classical shadows.
It was unclear if the order was
ZXY(typical classical shadows order, starting with the computational basis measurement) orXYZ(alphabetical).The order is
ZXYand this PR clarifies this and updates the corresponding notebook.
