Updated the qtm-rt and pylsl version to the latest avalible and changed code to mirror the changes in the pacakges.
Changed minimum required Python version to 3.10 and modified asyncIO code and tests due to deprecated functionality.
General code cleanup and formatting.
Tested with Python 3.10, 3.11, 3.12 and 3.13.
All tests passes.
