My primary motivation for this feature has been addressed upstream with r-xla/anvl#418. I'll hold off on adding support for additional repos in |
Summary
Fixes #128 by letting users add CRAN-like package repositories, such as R-universe, before IR's defaults. This lets pak resolve package refs whose dependencies are published outside CRAN and Bioconductor.

--repooptions to run, render, preview, rx, and tool commands, plusrepos/ir.reposfrontmatter.exclude-newerstill dates the defaults; additional repositories remain live.Internal changes
