Added some documentation around manual node enrollment into the system.

The `--local-link-connection` parameters describe the switch-side connection information (switch MAC, hostname, and port). You must create a port entry for each physical network interface that will be used on the machine. If the port is used for PXE booting, add `--pxe-enabled true`. |
