Ask question now records a question separately from notes and decisions. The controller saves an answer with evidence and limits, then waits. Live pages, static reports and terminal output retain the conversation without changing the reviewer's call.
Question history comes from action receipts, not editable beat fields. JSON-only exports use the same strict validation without gaining frozen-target trust. The SQLite v7 rebuild preserves implementation references and rolls back on failure.
DD-5360. Focused protocol, migration, export and consumer checks passed, along with desktop and narrow-screen browser verification. Full Python, gateway and plugin checks run in CI.
