This uses the iterm2 integration (on macos) to automatically start helix in a new terminal window, so that you dont have to have a dedicated terminal window. this might highlight some issues with your implementation, as there's now the possibility to have multiple ghosttext instances connected at the same time.
currently poc, hence draft pr, i'm open to discussions. this was also my first time writing Go, so it's a little kludgey.
