The DeCAPTCHA Solver is an application of machine learning aimed at effectively solving CAPTCHA challenges by classifying characters within the images. The project is part of an academic exercise in a machine learning course and focuses on the automation of identifying obscured text within CAPTCHAs, which are typically used to differentiate human users from bots. Our approach involves multiple stages:
- Pre-Processing: Images undergo background isolation and noise reduction to enhance character clarity.
- Segmentation: Characters within the images are isolated for individual analysis.
- Character Recognition: Using machine learning models like Logistic Regression, characters are identified from their segmented forms.
- Clone the repository or download the ZIP file.
- Install necessary Python libraries using pip install -r requirements.txt.
- Execute the script using Python to start the CAPTCHA solving process.
