Netica itself is available under the terms made available by Norsys, LLC (https://norsys.com/). If you are using this package extensively, you should purchase a license code from Norsys. The way the Norsys license works, they give you a code (make sure you request a code for the API and not GUI version of Netica). Without this code, the libnetica.so (Netica.DLL) will have limited functionality (only a networks with a limited number of nodes are supported). This is enough to run the test suite for RNetica. For other uses, consult with Norsys for license terms.
