[cis-1.24] update rke1-self-assessment-guide

This PR is for RKE cis-1.24 and partly fixes

• Update rke/rke2/k3s cis self-assessment-guides (cis-1.24 & cis-1.7) #843

Description

• Update docs/reference-guides/rancher-security/hardening-guides/rke1-hardening-guide/rke1-self-assessment-guide-with-cis-v1.24-k8s-v1.24.md with the recent results of RKE hardened scans ran with security-scan:v0.2.13.

Some comments:

1. In https://github.com/andypitcher/rancher-docs/blob/rke1-self-assessment-guide-with-cis-1.24/docs/pages-for-subheaders/rancher-hardening-guides.md?plain=1#L30 CIS v1.23 should be CIS v1.24.
2. In https://github.com/andypitcher/rancher-docs/blob/rke1-self-assessment-guide-with-cis-1.24/docs/pages-for-subheaders/rancher-hardening-guides.md?plain=1#L30 the link to the self-assessment guide is broken.
3. In https://github.com/andypitcher/rancher-docs/blob/rke1-self-assessment-guide-with-cis-1.24/docs/pages-for-subheaders/rancher-hardening-guides.md?plain=1#L31 CIS v1.23 should be CIS v1.7.
4. Please check with the Docs team if the versioned docs should also be updated:
