As part of Pycon 2019, a few very patient and talented developers helped me write some test coverage for this library. I have bundled their work up into a dockerized development environment, and added some bells and whistles via github actions for an automated pipeline.
This release has cosmetic changes due to enforcing linting, and bug fix found by @Seonaid during her testing.
