Faced problems with logging into sql in vagrantfile without password (added password of 'root')
For dependencies, I needed to add keys to properly grab the packages. I added the keys suggested by the package manager when it produced the error.
Tested with vagrant 2.2.19 on windows 10 19144 with virtualbox 6.1.34
