Description

Update Crunchy PostgreSQL to version 5.8.5

• Crunchy PostgreSQL from version 16 to 17, per https://www.crunchydata.com/developers/download-postgres/containers/postgresql17
• pgBackRest to the respective version, per https://www.crunchydata.com/developers/download-postgres/containers/pgbackrest

Crunchy is used for e2e tests in showcase-rbac deployment and in the Orchestrator deployment. Also update the mentions in metadata.
