docs: remove walletkit pages and add migration guide

Description

Removes five WalletKit-related pages from Reown Docs whose content already exists on the WalletConnect Docs, and replaces the walletconnect-deprecations nav entry with a new WalletKit Migration page that redirects readers to the corresponding WalletConnect Docs locations.

Deleted pages:

• cloud/explorer-submission.mdx → WalletGuide Submission
• advanced/walletconnect-deprecations.mdx → Upgrade from Web3Wallet
• advanced/api/sign/wallet-usage.mdx → Wallet SDK Web - One-click Auth + platform Usage pages
• advanced/walletconnectmodal/usage.mdx → App SDK Overview
• advanced/walletconnectmodal/resources.mdx → Wallet SDK Resources

Added page:

• advanced/walletkit-migration.mdx — Table mapping each removed page to its WalletConnect Docs equivalent

Navigation changes (docs.json):

• Removed cloud/explorer-submission from the WalletGuide group
• Removed advanced/api/sign/wallet-usage from the Sign API group
• Replaced advanced/walletconnect-deprecations with advanced/walletkit-migration

Note: walletconnectmodal/usage.mdx and walletconnectmodal/resources.mdx had no navigation entries in docs.json, so only the files were removed.

Human Review Checklist

• Verify the WalletGuide nav section renders correctly — explorer-submission was the first item; the group now starts with nested "WalletGuide Chains" subgroup
• Confirm no internal links in other Reown docs pages reference the five deleted files (especially cloud/explorer-submission and advanced/api/sign/wallet-usage which were navigable)
• Verify all external links in the migration page resolve correctly on the WalletConnect Docs site
