What this PR does / why we need it:
This fixes the wrong admin console port set in the completed screen for the Linux installation type and it also cleans up some contexts which are only used for the sole purpose of sharing a small subset of properties with components for a later stage. Querying is simpler and it can be further optimised by caching strategies react query provides out of the box.
