Move CALVI and VLAT assets to library-assets repo

Summary

• move CALVI and VLAT image references to tag-pinned raw URLs from revisit-studies/library-assets@v1
• remove the local CALVI/VLAT image binaries from public/libraries
• document dev-target PRs, Development-section issue linking, and large library media handling in AGENTS.md

Validation

• yarn unittest --run src/controllers/tests/ComponentController.spec.tsx src/parser/tests/libraryParser.spec.ts
• yarn typecheck
• yarn lint
• yarn build
• browser smoke-tested library-vlat and library-calvi with remote asset images
