Changes of functions to method and move to ProtGenerics #345

The functions changes are the following:

applyProcessing()
processingChunkFactor()
processingChunkSize() and processingChunkSize<-

It was done so they could be implemented in the Chromatograms package.


          Move function to ProtGenerics.
