Removed legacy specification and standards files from the specs directory, consolidated and enhanced project standards into ENHANCED-PROJECT-STANDARDS.md, and updated .gitignore to exclude specs/archive. Updated .windsurf/rules/project-standards.md with expanded protocol and workflow details. Added specs/README.md for documentation entry point.
