Introduction

The goal of this project is to come up with a process and a technical platform supporting continuous service delivery. We aim to cover development, packaging, deployment, operations and dashboard aspects. Our primary target are projects in public sector, however the solution is aimed to be a generic one.

Approach

1. Start with basic checklists for each of steps.
2. Identify low hanging fruits: what steps could be digitalised first.
3. Identify first projects to serve as pilots (incl. development of the current service delivery pipeline).
4. Iterate with smaller steps with a goal to drop any manual steps in the process.
5. Code over descriptions, working over ideal.
