docs: fix broken links and outdated repo references in README.md

Description

Fixes several outdated/broken links in README.md that still pointed to old repository owners/paths instead of the current riteshbonthalakoti/HELPDESK.AI repo.

Closes #3865

Changes

• Good First Issues link: updated ritesh-1918 → riteshbonthalakoti in the issues query URL
• CI badge click targets: updated stale Lin081984/fugui-fix-env references to riteshbonthalakoti/HELPDESK.AI
• System Presentation link: updated GitHub Pages URL from ritesh-1918.github.io → riteshbonthalakoti.github.io
• Star/Fork links: updated repo URLs to the correct owner
• Follow Owner link: updated profile URL to riteshbonthalakoti
• Git clone command: updated clone URL to the correct repo path
• Contributors section: updated the contributors graph link and the contrib.rocks image URL to the correct repo

Testing

• Ran grep -n "ritesh-1918\|Lin081984" README.md after edits — no matches remain
• Manually clicked through each updated link to confirm it resolves correctly
