My Google CoLaboratory notebooks.
In a colab notebook you have the option to file > save a copy in GitHub and the notebook will be uploaded to the target repo.
For a GPU, Edit > Notebook settings or Runtime>Change runtime type and select GPU as Hardware accelerator
