TODO:

Figure out how to tag spawn releases and signal as state breaking
Update WasmVM for IBC-Go to wasmvm2 (may be optional)
Fix Tokenfactory test feat!: wasmvm 2 strangelove-ventures/tokenfactory#4
Write spawn upgrade wasmvm2 command logic (confirm prompt which signals state breaking nature). Perform what simapp has changed for old chains -> new


          wip: wasmvm2 for wasmd
