I have two VLP16 and one VLP32 lidar. What would be the best way to run all 3 together beside having separate node for each of them?

Also, the ip address of a lidar is 169.254.244.240 (which i can ping), when I am using that, it's not working. But it is working for the default 192.168.1.201 (ping says unreachable. Why is that?
