This adds more debugging prints to facilitate tracking progress in `tool_path_planning_server.cpp`

Can you describe the specific debugging content that you're most interested in seeing here? I generally hesitate to make nodes overly "loud" in terms of logging, but I understand the need to introspect what's going on in the service. |
