0.1.1 - Asynchronous functions

The 0.1.x release introduces asynchronous communication with the BenQ projector

This release adds:

Detect if a connection uses a prompt, apparently connections to BenQ projectors over the native network interface don't use a prompt
Set volume without increments if supported by the projector
Decreases serial timeout for more responsive updates
Bug fixes

The 0.1.x release is NOT backwards compatible with 0.0.x branch
